The Process to Place Veneers

Veneers are usually completed in two visits.  An  impression is taken at the first visit and then the teeth are repaired and reshaped if necessary.  Shortly thereafter, your beautiful porcelain veneers will be delivered at the second visit.

Veneers offer the following advantages:

  • They provide a natural tooth appearance
  • Gum tissue tolerates porcelain well
  • Porcelain veneers are stain resistant
  • The color of a porcelain veneer can be selected
  • Veneers generally don’t require extensive shaping
  • Veneers offer a stronger alternative to crowns
