Mini Dental Implants for Dentures

At Hope Dental, we offer “Hope” to those suffering from loose fitting dentures.  Dr Ras has had great success stabilizing dentures with Mini Dental Implants. Special housing in your denture snaps onto MDIs in your upper or lower arch creating a comfortable, tighter fitting denture.  Call our office today to see if you are a candidate for MDIs to tighten your denture.

The Dental Implant Process

The Dental Implant Process

With our up to date and top of the line technology, Dr. Ras will first evaluate if you are a good candidate for dental implants. Candidates must have healthy gums and sufficient bone to support and anchor the implants. Dr. Ras will then work with you to create a treatment plan that best suits your smile and budget.

Crown and Bridge Placement

After placement of the MDI, an impression is taken and sent off to the lab. After two weeks later, a permanent crown will be cemented onto the implant.

After confirming that your jaw has sufficient bone, Dr. Ras will place your mini dental implants. If possible, he will use your existing denture. If not, our lab will make a denture with special housing that ‘snaps’ onto the implant, creating a fit that gives you more confidence throughout the day.

Questions & Answers

Will dental implants work for me?

Dental implants are a solution for many but having enough healthy bone to support your implants is a key factor. If your jaw has become worn and thin over the years, a bone graft may be necessary before an implant procedure can be executed. Book your consultation with Dr. Ras to see if dental implants are right for you.

Is the procedure painful?

Dr. Ras completes all of his procedures with his expertise and leading dental technology. This allows for precision and as little discomfort as possible. With proper aftercare, you can expect minimal swelling and almost no bleeding. You can count on our team to help you every step of the way, including with your after care.

Will my teeth look natural?

Absolutely! Dental implants are practically indistinguishable from natural teeth and will leave you feeling confident and comfortable with your new and improved smile.

How do I care for my dental implants?

It is important to care for your implants the same way you would your natural teeth. Make sure to continue brushing, flossing, and attending your regular checkups.

How much will dental implants cost?

The cost of your dental implants will depend on the custom solution that is right for you. After your first consultation, our treatment coordinator will provide you with a quote.

Are dental implants covered by insurance?

Dental implants are a covered procedure by most dental insurance companies, but we advise you to contact your insurance provider to find out what your plan covers.
