Can I get my teeth whitened?

Can whitening your teeth cause sensitivity?
Sometimes. But sensitivity from tooth whitening is always transient. That means if there is any sensitivity caused by the whitening, it goes away within one to two days after the treatment.
How long does teeth whitening last?
Whitening lasts for different lengths of time for different people, dependent in part on what you eat and drink. Food and drinks with deep colors such as coffee and wine may lessen the time your whitening will last. We sell tubes of whitening gel for touch ups should that happen.
Is teeth whitening safe?
When done properly and under the supervision of a qualified dentist, teeth whitening is generally safe. Over whitening can sometimes cause damage to the teeth. Teeth can be sensitive to whitening which is why we use KöR Whitening System, known for its gentleness.
Does teeth whitening lighten crowns, veneers or fillings?
Unfortunately, if you have fillings, crowns or veneers they will not change color and may stand out if other teeth are whitened.
Is teeth whitening toxic?
When carried out by a registered dental professional, federal guidelines state that teeth whitening is perfectly safe. If you are planning on using take-home options, please make sure to talk with your dentist and follow all instructions.
