The Process of Creating a Dental Bridge

If you are missing a tooth you should strongly consider having it replaced. Besides the aesthetic disadvantage of missing a tooth, it could also cause structural changes to your mouth and jaw, as well as making it difficult to eat or speak properly.

Dental bridges offer the following advantages:

  • Effective solution for the replacement of missing teeth
  • Offers both functional and aesthetic correction
  • The bridge allows a patient to chew and eat normally
  • Help to reduce the risk of bone loss from the jaw
  • Easy maintenance

After the area has been prepared, an impression is taken that is then sent to the dental lab. The lab is able to use the impression to create a porcelain bridge that will fit properly and feel as close to your natural teeth as possible.
