What can I expect as a member of Hope Dental?

You can expect an outstanding team that is ready to focus on your unique situation. We understand that your time is valuable and we are ready with an educated staff and leading dental technology to offer the best oral care possible. We not only focus on preventative dentistry but restorative dentistry as well. Our team is here to answer all of your questions while putting you at ease throughout the dental process.

The dentist makes me anxious, how can you help?

We understand that having someone inspecting your mouth isn’t everyone’s favourite pastime. That’s why we have chosen an incredible team to answer all of your questions and concerns. Our team understands that each patient and situation is unique and is here to offer comfort and ease while achieving your best smile. We also have nitrous for specific procedures if necessary.

Is there parking at the practice?

At Hope Dental, we strive to be as accommodating as possible. There is plenty of free parking right in front of our location and, of course, parking spots available for those with disabilities.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most dental insurance plans, however if you have an HMO insurance plan you are required to visit a dentist within their network. 

What is the appointment cancellation policy?

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This allows us time to help our other patients receive the dental care they need.

Do you accept dental emergencies?

We absolutely accept dental emergencies. In the event that our office is closed, our patients have access to an emergency line where we can be reached.
